Streamate vs LiveJasmin, for an affiliate, comes down to payment speed against scale and tools. Both sell paid private shows and both pay 35% lifetime revshare at the entry level. Streamate, through its official program CamBuilder, pays a flat 35% every week. LiveJasmin, through AWEmpire, pays 35% to 45% twice a month and has far more tools. LiveJasmin is by far the bigger site, and Streamate’s payouts stalled for some affiliates in October 2025. Both are in my cam affiliate programs comparison.

Read CamBuilder’s hybrid plans carefully. Its homepage says the 30% revshare on the $75-per-spender plan is paid “once your revenue share revenue exceeds your per-spender payouts”, and the $30-per-join plan works the same way. So the flat fee works as an advance against the revshare. Traffic sizes are Semrush’s counts; the months differ because those were the latest figures I had for each site.
Streamate’s October 2025 payout failure, and since
On 9 October 2025 a GFY member posted “Streamate models and Cambuilder affiliates, beware of payout problems!”. They wrote that the week before, ICF Technology (the company behind Streamate and CamBuilder) had a failure with RocketFuel, its processor for crypto payouts, and that “some models and affiliates have not received last week’s payouts”. RocketFuel and ICF blamed each other, and the poster said ICF had not reissued the lost payments by another method. That is one poster’s account in a thread nobody replied to. RocketFuel’s own replies on its Trustpilot page (15 October and 27 November 2025) put the delay on a banking partner: ICF’s money sat at Fortress Trust, which Nevada regulators ordered to cease and desist on 22 October 2025. I found no statement from ICF. My Streamate review has the full timeline. CamBuilder’s homepage lists Payoneer, bank wire and check as its payout methods, and doesn’t mention crypto.
Since then: on 25 September 2026, a GFY member with a Streamate white-label running for over 15 years posted that their weekly checks had stopped that month, with well over $1,000 owed, after their CamBuilder account suddenly asked for check payouts to be “approved” again. Two other affiliates replied the next day that they were being paid normally (one by ACH, one last paid on 4 September), and one said CamBuilder requires up-to-date KYC and a company registration in good standing. As I write, that thread is unresolved. The practical rule is the same either way: keep your KYC and tax details current, use a bank method, and withdraw weekly instead of letting a balance build.
LiveJasmin’s record is longer and cleaner: AWE has paid since 2004, and its first delay in years was a 1 to 2 day slip in August 2026, when it postponed a period close.
Where Streamate wins
- Cash speed: weekly payouts, faster than the twice-monthly norm (BongaCash and xLoveCash also pay weekly).
- A flat rate: 35% on all spending users from day one with nothing to climb, where LiveJasmin’s 45% needs 6,000+ credits in a period and lifetime attribution needs a setting.
- Payment per join: $40 per free join, for traffic that signs up but rarely pays. AWE’s lead programs pay $5 at most and need approval.
- Payoneer: CamBuilder pays to Payoneer; AWE doesn’t offer it.
- Reach beyond its own site: CamBuilder says 4,500 active white-labels run on Streamate, so its models appear on far more sites than streamate.com’s own traffic suggests.
Where LiveJasmin wins
- Scale: LiveJasmin gets dozens of times Streamate’s visits, and its brand is known well beyond the US.
- Rate ceiling: 35-45% against a flat 35. Most small affiliates sit at 35% either way, so this matters once you have volume.
- PPS: $150 to $300 per new buyer, against Streamate’s $100 per spender.
- Tools: Model Feed API, deep links, live widgets, dynamic popunders, PPL and PPLR, and Lifetime+.
- Payment record and methods: twice monthly since 2004, with Paxum, SEPA, ACH and crypto.
Streamate or LiveJasmin for affiliates: verdict by traffic type
- SEO and content pages, any tier-1 country: LiveJasmin. It’s the bigger brand, and Lifetime+ keeps the customers you send.
- Paid traffic where cash flow is the constraint: Streamate, for the weekly cycle, as long as you don’t leave a big balance sitting there.
- Traffic that signs up but rarely buys: Streamate’s $40 per join, on a white-label you set up for it.
- A white-label under your own brand: either works, and neither white-label will rank on its own. Rank your own pages and send visitors into it.
- Broad, low-intent traffic: neither yet. Start with a free cam site like Chaturbate and come back when you can separate your buyer-intent pages.
The two overlap a lot: both get their biggest audience from the US. If you can only manage one account today, LiveJasmin is the larger site with the cleaner payment record; if weekly cash matters more, Streamate.
